My Story

I graduated with a Masters Degree in Interaction UX/UI design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2023. My goal is to bring value to the design community and create products that could impact society.

I have been in the creative field for more than 15 years.

My background has positioned me to become a contributor, an advocate, and a practitioner in creative endeavors. I grew up drawing & performing dance choreographies at a young age. I became a professional dancer and choreographer as well as a live painter throughout my life.

I achieved my first diploma in 2013 at San Diego State University with Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Communications. After graduation, I did contract work and volunteered to offer design services to my friends & family.

My focus shifted to healthcare when I discovered my family member had been diagnosed with cancer.

I went on the path to study sciences such as biology, chemistry, physiology, anatomy, and psychology because I wanted to figure out the leading cause of cancer to prevent or cure it. While pursuing a Nursing degree, I was a caregiver and nursing assistant for two years.

I am passionate about the health sciences and caring for others. However, after working in healthcare, I realized I would be a better fit for the creative field. I decided to return and continue my career path in design.
